38 Weeks

I am done with work. Saturday was my last day. It seems so weird that I'm now just sitting at home waiting. I do still have some stuff to do, but we made a lot of progress over the last week. I am almost done with the nursery I just have a couple of things I need to hang on the wall. I should have pictures up in the next couple of days. I have a midwife appointment tomorrow, although it will probably be pretty uneventful. I see the acupuncturist on Wednesday morning so we will see.

37 Weeks

Only 3 weeks until my due date. That is full term!! I can't believe it I still feel so unprepared. My mom and I went on a marathon shopping trip on Thursday. We shopped for about 7 hours straight. I was able to get almost all of my last minute items, and Dare was thrilled that my mom was the one to go with me. He never would have survived. I should also have the UPS man at my house almost every day this week because I did a lot of shopping online as well. I hope to be ready by the end of this week so I can start complaining about how ready I am to be done with this pregnancy. I don't feel like I can now I have too much on my to do list.

It's going to be busy week. It's my last week of work I hope to finish it off without getting too stressed about it. I am just glad to be done I started the count down at 15 weeks so I've been looking forward to this for awhile. I also have a midwife appointment I start going every week now. I have a chiropractor appt, a hair appt, and an appt to get the carpets cleaned. Oh and Kailyn is coming over tonight. I just found out today, and I'm excited to see her!!

36 Weeks

This week was a fairly productive one for me. I managed to get a lot of cleaning done. I cleaned the upstairs family room, Kailyn's room, her bathroom, and the downstairs living room they are all spotless. I also put together the glider, and arranged the furniture in the babies room. Dare cleaned up the backyard, and mowed for hopefully the last time this year (yay fall). He also put together the stroller and car seat. I don't have too much going on this week. One chiropractor appointment, and dinner and shopping with my mom. I do still have a pretty big list of stuff to do around the house that should keep me busy though. I'm counting down my last 10 days of work!! I'm even more looking forward to it since our new manager started last week. I just really don't like him. Usually I give people more of a chance so I thought maybe it was just the pregnancy hormones causing my extreme annoyance and dislike. It turns out after talking to some coworkers I'm not the only one feeling this way.

35 Weeks

First of all I apologize for being a bad blogger. I hate when people don't update their blogs enough, and here I am going a whole week. I do have excuses. It was the kids last week here so we were pretty busy. Also my keyboard on my laptop is all messed up which makes typing a pita. I did try to make up for it by adding my 34 week picture below as promised, and I have many half written posts I plan to finish this week.

In baby news a lot has happened in the last few days. We made the first of many trips to Babies R Us to get a few things we needed with the gift cards I got from my shower. I put together the crib, and dresser. Dare put together the swing. I also called and made an appointment to have the carpets cleaned in a couple weeks, it is long overdue. I only have one chiropractor appointment this week, and I also have a midwife appointment. I was successful in cutting back at work last week, but now I am stressing about all I want to get done in the next 3 weeks. I'm going to try hard not to worry about it too much as it won't change the disaster I am sure to come back to.

34 Weeks

Sorry, you will have to wait for a picture. Kailyn accidentally took my camera cord to Spokane with her. I won't get it back until next weekend. My shower was today, and I got a lot of great stuff I'm excited to finally start getting stuff ready. My friend did a really nice job with everything.

I can't believe I only have 6 weeks left that is kind of freaking me out!! I worked my last full time week last week, and this week I'm going to 6 hour days. I'm hoping this will help me make it through my last few weeks at work.

33 Weeks

I can't believe I only have 7 weeks left. I still have so much to do!! Next weekend is my baby shower. I am excited for that, but nervous my friend will go to the trouble, and no one will show up. Last year, when I had a shower for her not one single person from our work bothered to show up. Many people said they were coming, or sending gifts and not a single one of them did. Luckily she still had a good turnout, and the shower was really nice. I also have a midwife appointment this week, and I have graduated to only seeing the chiropractor twice a week. So things are moving along no major complaints. I am thrilled to see the weather will be in the mid 70's the rest of the week.

32 Weeks

Here it is my 32 week picture. This is right before we left for the wedding on Saturday. I will blog about that later I have way too much to do after being gone for the weekend. Pregnancy wise everything is pretty much the same. I saw the chiropractor 3 times last week. I feel like it is helping in some areas, but it's really not helping my wrists and hands. I guess I will have to wait about 8 more weeks to completely regain feeling in my right hand *sigh*

I have a new pregnancy obsession. The new Chocolate Banana Vivano smoothie from Starbucks. They are so yummy I had one almost every day last week. Since they have a ton of protein, and some fiber they can't be all bad right.

31 Weeks

I have been posting these pictures for 10 weeks now. I have gotten a lot bigger since then. Here is my 21 week photo in the same shirt. This is a crazy busy week coming up. I am supposed to see the chiropractor 3 times, I have a hair appointment, an orthodontist appt for the kids, and a midwife appt. Saturday we are going out of town for a wedding. The week should fly by. I promise to post about our weekend tomorrow.

30 Weeks

So I'm 3/4 of the way there. We have the chance to get a 3d ultrasound done this week, but I need a note from my midwife saying it's ok. I haven't heard back from her yet. The appointment is scheduled for Tuesday so we may not get to go.

25 Weeks

So I decided my belly pictures were getting too boring so I decided to try something different this week. If I lean over I can just barely still see my toes. I'm sure this won't last much longer. In other baby related news we made some more big purchases this week. I ordered our glider, swing, and pack n play from target. We also have a midwife appointment on Wednesday I will take Gabby and Lindsey with me since they haven't been yet. I'm still doing okay not great, but okay. I'm trying to hold off miserable for as long as possible because I know once it hits it's over.

24 Weeks

So here it is my lovely 24 week photo. Not much to say in the pregnancy department these days I am trying to save all of my complaining for the last month so I don't run off my 2 loyal readers :) We have however made some small baby related progress. We purchased our travel system (stroller car seat combo) from Amazon this weekend. We have decided on our furniture, and I also purchased some nursery decor from ebay.

23 Weeks

So here is a quick lazy 23 week belly picture. We have a house guest coming later this afternoon and I have spent the entire day cleaning and haven't showered yet so this is the best I could do today. More on the house guest later as I'm sure I'll be too tired to post again today.

22 Weeks

So here it is my 22 week photo. The first half of my pregnancy seemed to go by at warp speed and I now feel like it's slowed down to a very slow crawl. I feel like I have been at the halfway point forever. I thought the second half would go by at least as fast. Well things should be pretty hectic around here this summer so hopefully that will help things pick up.

21 Weeks

So as a form of torture for myself I have decided to post a weekly picture. Maybe someday I will look back with fond memories of my time being pregnant (sarcasm).
After looking at the pictures that Kailyn took for me I said "I look huge in those pictures". She said "because you are". Thanks Kailyn. I will also include in this post a picture of our baby from the 19 week ultrasound. I must warn you that we really didn't get any really good pictures for some reason. So this is the best that we got. It is a 3d picture of the babys face. I have always found 3d ultrasound pictures kind of creepy and this one is only slightly less creepy because it is my baby. One funny thing about the picture when I showed it to B he said "wow the baby has a lot of hair" later I realized it's the placenta which is to the left of the head that he thought was "hair".
